We’ve created a work shirt featuring jacquard check fabric, inspired by the character of traditional Japanese workwear.

 

The warp uses 16-count yarn rope-dyed in sulfur black, while the weft combines 20-count yarns in black, yellow, and red.

 

By weaving the check pattern on a jacquard loom, we’ve created a rich, dimensional texture unlike that of conventional check fabrics.

 

The sulfur-black warp yarns gradually develop a unique character with repeated wear and washing.
